Q. Can I hire a hat from this website?
A. No. Hats have to be hired in advance by calling us on Yeovil 01935 706555.
You can still browse our gallery to see some examples of the sort of hats and fascinators on offer to hire. Please be aware that the gallery only shows you a very small sample of what is on offer. We have hundreds of styles and colours at the top end of the market to hire.
Q. Do you accept Credit / Debit cards?
A. We certainly do... All of our payment processing is done via PayPal. Don't worry, they are secure and have been established for years. All major cards are supported and the funds go straight to us, nobody else.
Q. I want to return an item, what do I do?
Q. I want a refund, I am not happy with my purchase?
A. Sad to hear that. Give us a call on Yeovil 01935 706555 to ensure we can try to resolve any issues before you go about returning your item for a refund.
Q. My purchased item is damaged?
A. Oh No! That wasn't intended. Give us a call and we can arrange either an exchange or refund for that item for you. Once again we are sorry.
Q. Will you refund my return shipment costs?
A. All our items are dispatched to customers are fit-for-purpose. By returning a fit-for-purpose item as a result of you no longer wanting the item you are responsible for the payment of return shipment fees.
A1. If you have recieved an incorrect item or it appears to have been damaged in transit" we will happily exchange or offer a complete refund. You are responsbile for return shipment costs however enclose the receipt and we will happily refund them for you.
Q. What sort of cost is it to hire a hat or fascinator?
A. The hire price ranges from £25 to £40.00 for hats and £25 to £30 for all the fascinators. You will be please to know this is a fraction of what the retail value of our quality hats and fascinators would be, thus making this a very attractive option.
